The ringwork consists of an earth bank, 100 feet in diameter at the base, surrounded by a ditch. The bailey is adjacent to the south east of the ringwork and measures about 150 feet by 60 feet and is enclosed by an earthwork rampart 6 feet high with an external ditch and bank.
