There are the remains of a medieval castle, consisting of a roughly rectangular area measuring 160 feet by 130 feet on the summit of a low knoll. It is surrounded by low grass covered banks of tumbled stone about 3 feet high. It is almost invisible from the ground, but traces of a tower or hall can be seen from the air.
